How do I find my guide's URL?​

Click on Open live view in the side menu. A new tab will open with the URL.

How do I add or remove administrators?​

What customizations can I do?​

Settings in Live view settings let you change the animation marker, menu banner, font, and more.

How do I integrate Wagnerguide with library systems?​

Integrations are done with Direct Mappings

Can I add, remove and change color of furnitures and shelves?​

3D objects can be managed via the Builder

How can we modify the walls, rooms or floors in our floor plans?​

Only we can modify the 3D model – contact us. Colors can be changed under Recolor map files in the Builder tab.

We've moved books to different places, how do we reflect the changes in the guide?​

Update animations and mappings referencing the changed shelves. See Menu editing, Catalogue mappings, or Direct Mappings.

How do I set languages and translations?​

How do I display the book title to the user when finding a match?​

Set the text parameter to the book title when generating the link.

Can I display the request values, such as department and shelf, to the user?​

Yes – use the Message template action type in a Transformer.

Which library classifications are supported?​

SAB, Dewey, Library of Congress, Klartext, and more – others are possible via flexible rule matching.

Can we modify the request values based on certain conditions?​

Yes – use transformers to rewrite values dynamically.

Are analytics available for the integration?​

Yes – recent history, match rate simulations, and failed attempts are available under Analytics.
